Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do everything possible to ensure your products are delivered safely, once an order is in the hands of the carrier, Menalated is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Menalated will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us here.
My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our Customer Service page. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
