Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure your products are delivered safely, once an order is in the hands of the carrier, Menalated is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance. If your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer service team at support@menalated.com for support.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Menalated is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
